I provide one to one sessions in counselling and psychotherapy and workshops for groups in bridging the gap from having to cope to wanting to thrive.
Working in collaboration with the tools of resiliency, counselling and psychotherapy will enable you to reduce confusion, the feeling of being overwhelmed, hurt or anxious. Building bridges between the different parts of you, roles that you have, responsibilities and conflicting feelings will help cultivate healthier relationships and your resilience within.
Resilience is our ability to bounce back when things haven’t gone as planned. I see resilience as a flexible quality that we can all cultivate, that makes us adaptable enough to move through the impact of life events.
Does your organisation want to help the team have positive mental health?
Does your school want to help young people with life skills to cultivate their resiliency?
All our workshops encourage dialogue with our left brain to understand and seek knowledge while our right brain experiences our emotions, implicit feelings of safety, bodily sensations and the ability to look for solutions. Healthy resiliency is in balancing these parts of us and bringing the tension into awareness not just in the individual but also in our social structures.
